  1. I wish I didn't have that image, but after seeing so many internships in public and private institutions ...

    What seems to me ironic is that an official of a municipality, who knows that he can not acquire software for $ 4,000, is so reluctant and incredulous before an opensource license. In many of these countries, there is no policy for saving in information technology to implement low-cost technologies.
