Digital Satellite Image Processing Course

satellite With great pleasure we have seen how the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation for Development AECID, formerly known as AECI, has entered into the subject of cartography and geographic information systems.

Previously, he told them about the Real Estate Catastro course to be held in Bolivia. Well we also see that 19 29 to August there will be a Satellite Images Treatment Course in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia.

In addition to the AECID, the National Geographic Institute of Colombia and the National Geographic Information Center CNIG are integrated, all based on the initiative of the Pan-American Institute of Geography and History (IPGH), which has been teaching this course in an itinerant way since 2001. It is the seventh edition.

The course is aimed especially at staff of the National Geographic Institutions responsible for the processes of Satellite Image Processing, although it is not for them to send politicians by trade since the requirement of mathematical physical training is demanding and the capacity for replication is expected.

The quota is only for 25 people, and you can fill the application on this page
