Bentley Systems' Year in Infraestructure Conference and Awards will be held in London

The annual conference brings together the world leaders in infrastructure, design, construction and operations in order to learn the best practices to be a true digital specialist.

EXTON, Pa. - March 20 of 2018 - Bentley Systems Incorporated, a leading global provider of comprehensive software solutions for infrastructure advancement, announced today that the Year in Infrastructure 2018 Conference will take place from 15 to 18 in October in London in the Hilton London Metropole.
Presented by the Bentley Institute, the conference is a global gathering of leading industry executives and leading opinion leaders in the design, construction and operations of the global infrastructure. The theme of this year's conference is Going Digital: Advancements in Infrastructure (Moving towards digital: Advances in infrastructure).


The conference features close to 70 speakers and more than 50 information sessions, including keynote lectures from industry leading experts, interactive workshops, forums, round tables and product demonstrations. Attendees can visit the Technology Pavilion, which features exhibits and presentations from Bentley Systems and its strategic partners Microsoft, Siemens, Topcon and Bureau Veritas.
On the first day of the conference, the Bentley Institute will host the Digital Advance Academies event, with presentations and interactive discussions with experts in the field that will provide ideas and best practices in their areas of expertise, which include reality models. , BIM strategies and construction.
The conference also includes the selection and announcement of the winners of Bentley's Year in Infrastructure 2018 Awards (formerly known as the Be Inspired Awards), which pays tribute to those extraordinary infrastructure projects carried out by Bentley software users around the world.
During the six industry-focused forums that will be presented during the conference - Buildings and Campus, Digital Cities, Industrial Infrastructure, Rail and Transit, Roads and Bridges, and Public Services and Water - more than 55 award-winning finalists will present their projects to independent panels of juries, more than 100 members of the press and conference attendees.
From these presentations, the winners are selected by the members of the jury, and the 18 of October will be announced at the end of the conference during a ceremony and afternoon gala.
