The best of my vacation

After more than two weeks of rest, I have returned; difficult to want in a post to tell the best of a trip of rest with the family. Here I summarize the best:

Meals 

Always holidays cause a sense of guilt because it is difficult to say no to the food that friends offer at this time and ironic to go to an exotic place without trying local foods.

In the Central American Pacific, you eat a lot at Christmas:

• torrejas, soft bread soaked in cream of beaten egg and sweet of boiling sugar cane.

The chiqulines

This is what I could not change for any trip, seeing these running on the beach, pushing to go further, shouting, singing ... In their innocence they had a great time, ignoring any threat of world crisis.

The adventure

Among the different places I went, I was struck by the trip to Isla El Tigre, a volcano that stopped talking for 10,000 years ago. 

According to what the tour guide told us, this volcano instead of erupting last time, exploded reducing its height and overflowing to one side; In this area you can see the projection that this had, it is said that it would be 4,500 meters above sea level, which would make it the highest in Central America. Currently the highest are Tajumulco in Guatemala (4,420 (masl) and Irazu in Costa Rica (3,432 masl). In the end the tour is highly educational, the boy who took us on the motorcycle taxi turned out to have a degree in tourism graduated from a University of The Savior.

On the island you can see an old cave known as "The Sirens", there are three rocks with engraved lines that are supposed to contain a treasure map of the pirate Drake, the people are very amble and I ... I recommend it!!!

The economy

By nature I tend to be "wedge" or as my friends tell me "lora meat", so I don't like to spend a lot on money that you don't always have to spare.
