The 1.2 version of AutoCAD 2011 WS has been released, that great application Free AutoDesk that lets you work online and on mobile devices.
It's a substantial improvement, even though the mobile version lags behind everything the online version does. These enhancements include:
Layouts support. At best, previously you could only work at the workspace level, but with the integration of templates for printing you can get much more out of the presentation of final products.
More lenguajes. Now Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean and of course Spanish and Portuguese are supported. In my opinion, this application will have a great diffusion and AutoDesk will take advantage of its positioning to take advantage of mobile applications because nobody else has dared at this level. Not for free and with so much market share.
Snap tentative. This is great, so as not to make mistakes in capturing a point that you don't have good control when using your fingers -or nails-, a ball in an enlargement and shows us to the flight as the capture would be seen.
Copy / paste. This is not new, in fact, almost none of this is in the online version. But at the tablet level things are, it has taken me a world to get used to using two fingers to navigate on a glass platform. But at the end of the road I am succeeding, and the impression of doing it in a live performance is unforgettable.
In addition, a freehand drawing has been added, known as B, to make annotations. And other not so significant improvements, also for Anglo-Saxons English units.
So, open Itunes and download the update ...
