A long time ago I use it, and although I did tests with others, this is one of the most practical and economic that I have seen for purposes of reading a lot without straining the eyes.

When you have a long text and you want to read it is a simply great solution. It only requires selecting the text, ctrl + C and the program begins to speak the complete content with the voice and language that has been chosen.
